Today I bought a grassfed, hormone free cow and had it sent to slaughter. It weighed in at 860 lbs. In a little over two weeks I'll have good meat. Now if only I can find a good gelato recipe. Let me know if you have one or are interested in the meat.

I will ask your dad about gelato.. try on the internet for they may have some good recipes
